SUMMARY

This position is part of the Application Development and Support team within the IT function.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This position reports directly into the IT Director.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide in-depth technical expertise for INFOR LN application.
• Active participation as a team member in rolling out INFOR LN ERP.
• Day to day support of INFOR LN application.
• Support legacy internal application integrations with INFOR LN application.
• Conceptually convert business requirements into IT solutions using INFOR LN.
• Develop technical design of the assigned business function for IT implementation.
• Develop, test and implement IT systems on time and within budget.
• Assist IT team members to resolving technical and data issues.
• Off hours support of INFOR LN related IT applications.
• Interact with business users for training, problem solving and automation of business processes.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 5 – 10 years of hands on experience with development and support of INFOR LN ERP or BAAN 5/ BAAN 4 ERP application.
• Knowledge of reports development using INFOR LN or BAAN

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Knowledge of SQL Server Database – Any version of 2005/2008/2012
• Knowledge of EDI concept and transactions
• Knowledge of Cyber Query Reporting Tool

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training.
• Strong analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions..
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms.
• Ability to work without close supervision.

PAY SCALE

Pay is commensurate with experience, and highly competitive.
