RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the business in multiple functional areas and across Business Units
- Understand the application landscape and capabilities.
- Translate capability needs into business and technical requirements to ensure IT systems enable the desired value.
- Define requirements and project scope to achieve users’ objectives.
- Facilitate the team through the analysis of, and makes recommendations towards, complex business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Subject Matter Expert on Infor LN.
- Must be able to
- execute continuous improvement activities to ensure business processes are optimized around LN system capabilities.
- interact with business representatives to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts to the business.
- maintain project documentation such as project requirements, project status reports and project action lists.
- translate requirements, produce feasibility reports and design solutions to improve productivity and efficiency·
- demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills, including thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs, model business functions, and translate them into application and operational requirements·
