The ideal candidate will have:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of
relevant experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
-Understanding of satellite communication, link budgets, and antenna selection.
-Understanding of ground station design and operation.
-Experience working end-to-end system development:
-Requirements analysis, definition, decomposition, and traceability.
-Trade studies design and execution.
-Performance modeling and analysis.
-Detailed system design.
-Systems integration and test (verification), including excellent troubleshooting skills.
-Site installation and support.
-Experience supporting technical and cost proposals to meet challenging customer
requirements.
-Experience working in a fast-paced development environment focused on fielding
complex solutions.
-Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team as well as a diverse customer base.
-Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency.
