- Experience in ensuring systematic service delivery for customers from the multi-site locations across US is must.
- Proven experience in managing customer problem escalation and handle problem resolution
- Experience in handling project engagement management Ability to connect to Senior Executives
- Ability to Win Larger Deals Need to have Focus on Sales Operations Good Customer Facing Skills Account Relationship
- Management and creating Account Maps at all levels of the client organizations
