POSITION SUMMARY
- Part of the sales team to manage a part portfolio of a large Medical Devices ERS customer relationship
- Participate in strategic account management and annual business planning initiatives
- Handle Business development activities encompassing
· Traditional verticals like Medical Devices, Pharma/healthcare, Industrial/manufacturing, HiTech
· Account mining , Business Unit Analysis , Heat Maps creation
· Proactive Opportunity identification and Large Deal Creation
· Key Strategic Account focus
SKILL SETS REQUIRED
- Prior sales experience, interaction with CXO/VP
- Medical Device experience is a plus but not required
- Track record of winning large deals and converting tactical relationship to strategic relationship with a focus on continuous growth
- Bid Management: Good understanding of a typical ERS Outsourcing sales process and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs. Bids, Proposal Defense, P&L Analysis, Due Diligence, Client Visits
- Opportunity Creation: Candidate must have understanding of any domain/vertical & Engineering services,
5-8 Years of work Experience with Strong Technology background will be an advantage - Presentation skills and communication skills as he/she will be dealing with clientele/customers
- Work with Virtual Cross Teams across Sales, Practice, Marketing, Delivery, Finance and Legal
- Ability to Multitask and work under strict deadlines
