SUMMARY
  • Domain Consultant / Solution Principal with 15 years of experience in consulting services working with Global organizations.
  • Should have experience with implementing LIMS, CDS, SDMS, ELN solutions and integrating with ERP/MES, Instrument Interface
  • Sound knowledge of implementation of the above in a Manufacturing and R&D Lab environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to position and take the LIMS, CDS, SDMS, ELN, 3rd party Interfaces etc.  in consulting offerings in global markets.
  • Ability to provide consulting/ advisory services to customers specially Pharma customers.
  • Develop insights and strategies on topics of prime concern for company’s global companies.
  • Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to Pharma, Bio Tech companies using LIMS and other Lab informatics solutions.
  • Collaborate with COE, Sales and Customer.
  • Ability to position and take the consulting solution offerings in global markets.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses and deliver right solution to customer.
MUST HAVES
  • Deep knowledge of R&D Business process
  • In Depth Working knowledge Labware, LabVantage LIMS is Mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Watson LIMS, Nautilus LIMS, Sample Manager, PE LIMS is desirable.
  • Multiple LIMS knowledge is desirable.
  • Must have working Knowledge of Multiple ELN like IDBS Bio-book, Labware ELN, PE ELN, Cambridge Soft, Waters ELN, and SYMYX ELN.
  • Must have worked one or more CDS Systems like Empower 3, Chromilion, Easychrom, Turbo chrome etc.
  • Must have worked one or more SDMS or have knowledge Nugenesys, Open lab.
  • Must have good Business Process knowledge of Manufacturing and R&D laboratory of multiple industry but knowledge of Pharma Industry is Mandatory.
  • Knowledge of project Implementation Methodology as well as Application Support and maintenance is Mandatory.
  • Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
  • Knowledge of GXP, FDA etc. regulatory knowledge is mandatory
